Evaluation of client Hana H.

If you are looking for a company that will be professional in all respects, you have just found it. I was very lucky when, regarding the planned total reconstruction Prague apartment 2+kk_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_she chose the company Levnerekonstrukcebytu.cz (hereafter LRB).

Since I have already renovated 4 apartments in my life, I was very skeptical and I know from practice that the company promises everything in order to win the contract, but the reality is already different.....

I chose a total of 6 Prague, established firms based on reviews and documented price offers (hereafter CN).

The company "LRB" was not among the cheapest at first glance, which was after a thorough study of the CN caused by the fact that the CN was worked out by them from the average prices on the market, not from those the cheapest, as with competing CN, but it was still among the 3 cheapest. The final choice fell on them and that was because of great communication, as it was the only company that listened to us, had a lot of ideas and_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_very good manners !

 

And the result:  

+ job perfectly done ! 

+ absolutely great communication 

+ the company works only with Czech a vervěřeným craftsmen 

+ all the time they kept order in the common areas of the house 

+ help with work beyond the scope of the contract 

+ willingness and politeness

Termín byl ze strany obkladače prodloužen o týden a cena byla mírně upravená dle našich požadavků, které se lišily oproti CN .

 

Conclusion: All the time, based on my experiences and "life luck" I expected everything to go wrong...

NOTHING! Nothing really went wrong and I felt like in the old days with this company, where honest craftsmanship was still paid and a "handshake" was enough as a promise...
