The course of cooperation

We will be happy to provide you with more detailed information about the services we offer, either by phone, email or during a personal meeting. The usual basic steps in the process of working with a client are described below.

 

Contact us

  • Fill in the inquiry form, write an e-mail or call us.

  • We will discuss your plan without obligation and agree on a date for the meeting.

On-site consultation and orientation for budgeting

  • We will personally arrive at the place reconstruction.

  • We will discuss your requirements for reconstruction in detail and carry out a detailed survey.

  • We will advise you on the layout solution of the reconstruction and add tips and advice from our experience.

Draft budget

  • Based on the previous agreement, we will prepare a non-binding price offer.

  • We will discuss the budget with you in detail and together we will fine-tune it so that it corresponds to your ideas.

  • We can also offer attractive loan financing, which we will prepare for you free of charge.

Signing the work contract

  • If you are satisfied with the final quote and our approach , we will sign a contract for the work together.

  • The construction contract includes the reconstruction budget, as well as the exact delivery dates and payment terms.

Realization of the reconstruction

  • During the entire reconstruction, we will communicate with you and inform you about the ongoing status, we often use, for example, the WhatsApp application to send photos and inform the customer about current happenings on the construction site. Joint inspection days are a matter of course.

  • With us, you don't have to worry about more work. Every necessary additional work will be shown, explained and above all must be mutually agreed upon, otherwise the additional work will not be charged. We do not test anything on the customer, on the contrary, we care about his satisfaction and future good references. 

  • After the reconstruction is completed, we will hand over the space to you and you will be able to properly check and test everything.

  • We provide a quality guarantee for the work for a minimum of 24 months from the date of delivery of the work.
